A good mattress is a guarantee of a peaceful and effective sleep. It should support our spine and keep it in a natural position without constantly changing position. Choosing the right mattress is an individual matter. Before buying a mattress, the most important thing is to test it – only in this way will we be able to evaluate its hardness and comfort of use. A well-fitting mattress should help us to get rid of back pain and shoulder pain, as well as affect the quality of our sleep. A head free from worries
The bedroom should not be associated with work and mental activity. An hour before going to bed, it is worth giving up watching TV, browsing the web or using the phone. Looking at the screen of these devices can awaken us, which will disturb the evening cycle. It is better to go for a short walk, which will oxygenate our brain and slightly tire our body, which will make it easier to fall into a deep sleep.
