Take a wooden spoon or spatula and gently remove the burnt leftovers. Afterwards, wipe the oven with a damp cloth. You can also put a dish of water in the oven, such as a baking tray. Steam will make it easier for the fat to walk away from the walls. Don’t open the oven as soon as the heating is finished, let the steam settle on the walls. Treat the most burnt areas with soda and vinegar paste.
