Well, the most common mistake often made when performing various exercises involving different abdominal muscles is usually their too high frequency and perhaps also intensity. The truth is that all fat is usually lost evenly from all our body parts, with the advantage of those which, depending on individual genetic predispositions, are by nature smaller, simply slimmer. So even walking, running or cycling with a proper diet will eventually cause a gradual loss of our fat. However, if you want to speed up the process of obtaining a flat stomach and make it more effective with the above mentioned diet and physical activities. Only then can it be achieved in a short time. And the results will be very satisfactory.
Different exercises
-Ordinary bellies. This exercise is of course particularly effective for our upper abdomen. Probably most of us already know this exercise perfectly well, among others from physical education classes even in primary school or even high school, but for those who have already forgotten the special explanation. Just lie down on the floor, bend your knees and put your hands behind your head. Then you should lift the upper part of your body, i.e. your torso to the knee line. This way you can even do from 10 to 30 bellies a day, to nicely carve your stomach and enjoy it even on the beach.
-plank, i.e. a board. This is a really fantastic exercise to strengthen our deep abdomen muscles and the whole back. The position of the practitioner here is very similar to that of doing ordinary male push-ups, but instead of just the hands, our body rests on the bent forearms. It is best to hold this position for as long as you can, then rest and repeat it twice more.
– lowering legs. Slow lowering guarantees the strengthening of deep abdominal muscles, which allows you to carve out a nice radiator and strengthen the spine. This is definitely one of the simplest exercises. It consists simply in lowering the legs straight at right angles in the lying position so that they do not touch the ground, and then raising them again. Such movements should be repeated about ten times, preferably. Exercises for oblique abdominal muscles are also a very important part of our exercises. They help in sculpting the waist and increase the good proportions of our body. These exercises can also be done standing up, simply by lifting the bent knee to the elbow, with the spine straightened out. The best is to repeat it around 50-100 times.
As we can see, these are really short exercises, which completed in a regular, everyday manner, will shape our tummy nicely and accelerate the process of “flattening” it. That is why it is worth to sacrifice yourself sometimes and try to apply these exercises, along with your diet. It will certainly help us to achieve our dream figure. Currently, a flat stomach is in fashion. You can wear open dresses or short blouses. It really looks good. Not to mention the fact that you can be a queen on the beach.
