Unfortunately, many manufacturers consider a short-term weight loss caused by diarrhoea to be a slimming effect. On the other hand, among the ingredients that can have a positive effect on our weight loss, it is worth mentioning, for example, l-carnitine, nettle leaves, ginger or grapefruit peel. It is also very common for such dietary drinks to have green and red tea leaves in their composition. They have long been known for their natural slimming properties, and at the same time do not burden our body.
Therefore, if you are not sure about the effectiveness of dietary teas, it is worth to start with their natural equivalents. You should also not lose common sense and in addition to drinking dietary teas, we should take care of a balanced diet and an appropriate amount of physical effort.
