Iron is very important because it is responsible for the strengthening and hardening of the nail plate. They prevent breaking and splitting of nails. Vitamin B1, B2 and B6 is especially necessary. They are found in green vegetables such as spinach and Brussels sprouts, as well as in legumes, almonds, corn, wheat, fish, yeast. They also help to maintain a beautiful complexion!
