Country cheese cheap but is it healthy and valuable

Cottage cheese is a popular product since the 1990s (Cottage Cheese). It is an unripe cottage cheese, which is made from cow’s milk by a simple method of acidic and rennet coagulation. A very important element of rural cheese is the addition of pasteurized cream mix, which consists of milk or substances derived from milk. The thermally impermanent components of this cheese include various bacterial starters, which are often added to the whole cheese after the pasteurisation process.
Where to buy?
The classic country cheese without any flavor additives and also cheeses already enriched with chives, various herbs or, for example, sweet fruit mousses are available in shops. On really many shelves you can also find a light version, which has even about 40% lower fat content than the popular classic version. In addition, on the market you can also find a version of country cheese without lactose. The variety of flavour variants, their calorific value and very low price definitely contributed to the increase in demand for rural cheese among a really wide range of consumers. In addition, the cheese is sold in a convenient package, which makes it easier to eat it quickly, e.g. with a roll. And you can buy it almost everywhere. From big shops like hypermarkets to small local shops.
Nutrition
The skeptics accuse the village cottage cheese of too much processing. However, this is not entirely true, since apart from the three main ingredients, it does not contain any other chemical substances that have any effect on taste, durability or consistency. Nevertheless, a significant disadvantage of rural cheese is its high salt content (1 g/150 g), which, if consumed in excess, may contribute to an increase in blood pressure or other health problems, such as kidney problems.
On the other hand, however, country cheese abounds in protein (11 g/100 g), which is important for the body and gives us a feeling of satiety for longer and, as the most thermogenic component of all food, it is able to accelerate our metabolism by up to 25%. In addition, country cheese is a low-calorie product (100 kcal/100 g), which has a relatively low glycemic index, so it can certainly be included in the diet of people who want to lose weight very much and those with diabetes. In addition, it is also distinguished by quite low levels of carbohydrates (2.0 g/100 g) and fat (the classic version is only: 3 g in 150 g), which, when left in small quantities, allows the proper absorption of all the vitamins present in the product, which are fat-soluble, i.e. A, D, E and K. Such delicious country cheese is also an excellent source of vitamin B2, B12, niacin and of course calcium. That is why it is worth eating country cheese. Unless we are lactose-digesting people. However, then you can use the lactose free version.
Recipe
With the use of country cheese you can prepare delicious pancakes. They are really wonderfully simple and extremely tasty. They taste perfect both on elephants, e.g. with salmon, as well as sweet with jam or fruit. After adding cocoa to them, they become wonderfully chocolate. Universal country cheese pancakes should be prepared by mixing two eggs with a glass of flour, add half a glass of milk, check the consistency, it must be thicker than a pancake dough. Then add vanilla sugar and drained country cheese and you can fry. It’s really delicious and quick to prepare and can be combined with many products. The company’s recipes can of course be found on the websites.
